🔗 Share this article Hazbin Hotel's Creator Is Aware of Fans' Season 2 Bingo Cards — And She Has Good News The highly-awaited Season 2 of the adult animated musical series Hazbin Hotel debuts on Prime Video this week, and audience theories has been intense. Season 1 introduces a diverse group of characters living within the afterlife, sets them at odds with songs about their clashes, and builds heated competitions and emotional bonds that drive audience devotion. The fandom's stated hopes for season 2 vary widely, but certain themes emerge over and over: Could Angel Dust break free from Valentino? Might we learn more about the binding agreement affecting Alastor the Radio Demon? Might certain characters' relationships evolve? "Naturally, I don't make the show with fan service specifically in mind," the creator commented earlier this year. "However I feel like me being a devotee of the series implies there's a lot of it just inherently. I also am eager for these things, and I hope some of these things to occur, and obviously some of these things are meant to happen in the show!" The creator says her long-term vision is for a five-season run of Hazbin Hotel. Seasons 3 and 4 have received approval by the production companies, which produce the series. That might mean viewers have to wait years for some of the major resolutions — but they could be shocked at how quickly season 2 progresses, and how many of what they're anticipating unfolds now. "I feel like people are going to be highly satisfied," she adds. "We get some firsts. I think we get some incredible reveals, some fascinating origin tales, and even just simple things, [like] I hope this character gets a song. […] Audiences will experience much more singing from the characters we didn't get to hear before." The creator is well-informed of the theories and desires about the upcoming season — particularly in the form of audience prediction charts. "I've come across a few fans make a bingo card about season 2," she says. "Naturally I can't post it, but I've actually done some of them, and almost all of them have almost a bingo. I was like, Oh, if you put this [event] in this spot, it would be a bingo. So that leads me to believe we accomplish much [of what fans are waiting for in this season], because I was like, Oh, there's multiple potential bingos on this card. So that makes me happy." Hazbin Hotel the second season premieres on Prime Video on Oct. 29.
